To: Semester 2 2023/24 academic staff  From: Information Technology Services Office             Date: 9 January 2025        Subject: Housekeeping for Aged Course Materials on LEARN@PolyU (理學網) & MS Teams, and for Zoom Cloud Recordings       Dear Colleagues   To ensure compliance with copyright law, course materials uploaded to the LEARN@PolyU (理學網), and MS Teams platforms will not be retained for more than 12 months.   Course content associated with Semester 2 of the 2023/24 academic year, will be removed from the LEARN@PolyU(理學網) and MS Teams platforms on or after 9 February 2025. Moreover, all Zoom Cloud Recordings saved on or before 11 May 2024 (the end date of Semester 2 exams for the 2023/24 academic year) will be removed.   In case you would like to retain a copy of course materials or cloud recordings associated with Semester 2 of the 2023/24 academic year posted on the LEARN@PolyU (理學網), MS Teams or Zoom platforms, please refer to the download procedures below to save a copy before 9 February 2025.
