• Each individual can participate in no more than three teams.
• Each individual can only serve as the principal applicant (PA) for one team.
• Each team must meet one of the following requirements:
  • Include one PolyU member (Alumni/staff/student) with a minimum 10% ownership in the proposed company.
  • Existing PolyU Licensee or commit to licensing PolyU IP upon winning*.
  • PolyU’s MTRI incubate or will join PolyU’s MTRI as incubate upon winning*.
• Team does not have a registered business entity at the time of application. However, if a team is awarded a cash prize, they must establish a registered company to receive the funds.
