  • How to identify and define the problem your business aims to solve
  • Identifying key metrics of success and envisioning the desired changes in people's behaviour, knowledge, skills, and attitude

Theory of Change

  • Understanding how your idea helps people move from Problem Island to Future Island
  • Identifying the steps involved in achieving this change
  • Developing a clear and logical framework for your business proposal

Analysing Competitors and Unique Value Proposition

  • Brainstorming and analysing competitors in the market
  • Defining your business's unique value proposition
  • Identifying what sets your business apart from competitors

Cost Calculation and Expected Return

  • Estimating the cost of the boat journey to Future Island
  • Calculating the expected return on investment
  • Discussing strategies to maximise profitability and sustainability
