Leroy is a partner at 43 Ventures, an investment and advisory firm that builds early-stage business ventures. Previously, he was the lead advisory partner at EY Taiwan and held various leadership positions at the EY Greater China Advisory Practice. Leroy advises companies on business operations, risk management, cybersecurity, and corporate governance. He also enjoys taking the time to serve on the board for a number of startups and nonprofit organisations across the world. A graduate in computer/electronic engineering, accounting, laws and education, he is an EdD and a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and CPA Australia.
