Leon LAM

Dr Lam with over 20 years of experience in healthcare industry in Asia Pacific is currently overseeing the overall business operation of Merit Medical in Asia. He has previously worked for Bristol-Myers Squibb and Stryker. Leon is also a member of the advisory board of the Center of Leadership and Innovation and a Professor of Practice in the Department of Management and Marketing, teaching entrepreneurship and organizational behaviors. Leon is a member of the Cyberport Entrepreneurship Committee Advisory Group. 

Leon holds a Doctor of Business Administration from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a MPhil in Neuroscience (HKU) and a Bachelor in Biophysics from the University of Toronto. He has attended executive education from Harvard Business School, Ross School of Business and LSE. He is a registered executive coach and a Registered Six Sigma Champion™. He has published in top tier academic management journal (Academy of Management Journal) and Harvard Business Review.

He has lived in Beijing, Toronto and currently in Hong Kong.
