Nano-structure patterns on optical products for various uses, such
as anti-counterfeiting features, are becoming more and more
popular. However, traditional methods for producing nano-structure
patterns are not fully able to meet market needs. They either have
long manufacturing cycles which result in low productivity, or incur
high production cost which increases product prices. Our invention
provides a solution characterized by a short manufacturing cycle and
low production cost for producing nano-structure patterns.
The device ejects a fixed amount of UV glue on the surface of the
target object, over which a mold with a specially designed nanoscale-structure pattern is placed. By applying UV light, the UV glue is
solidified and the nano-structure pattern is permanently imprinted
on the surface. The solution dramatically lowers the production cost.
