PolyU CEO Club collaborates with Student Affairs Office (SAO) to run the “CEO Shadowing Programme”. Including a meetup and one-day shadowing of a CEO, the programme aims at providing an opportunity for PolyU students to interchange with local CEOs. The students can learn about leadership and the entrepreneurial mindset, whilst the CEOs can gain more understanding of the young generation. The one-day shadowing allows the students to experience the daily life of a CEO and to learn some essential management tips for running a business.

Programme (for mentees)

Meetup & matching

In order to match up the CEOs and the students, we arrange a meeting or a dinner for both parties, allowing them to get to know each other. During the meetup, the students are invited to present their solutions to a business challenge assigned by the CEOs.

One-day shadowing of a CEO

The students can closely observe the CEO’s daily work, participate in real business meetings, meet people across various roles, gain understanding of the latest development in the industry and observe what makes a great leader.

Mentors

CEOs, directors and general managers from sizeable Hong Kong-based companies and diverse fields including building & construction, digital marketing, finance, hospitality, information technology, legal, logistics, manufacturing, retail, etc.
