Specifications

Major Functions / Key Features

Terahertz Time-Domain Spectrometer, combining functions of In-situ spectroscopy and terahertz spectroscopy, for both static and dynamic studies.
- Offers rapid, comprehensive, and contact-free optical measurement with broad applicability to many material types.
- Records both amplitude and phase information, which can yield more unique information of materials such as carrier mobility, conductivity, concentration, scattering time, refractive index, etc.
- THz source is generated from novel air plasma technique, which provides broad
- In-situ reaction chamber can be attached, allowing the investigation of the fundamental chemical and physical properties of organic and inorganic catalyst under reaction conditions.
- The system can measure in-situ time-resolved THz absorption spectrum (time-resolution down to 1ps).
