Specifications

Major Functions / Key Features

“HF” 2-roll horizontal padder is built as a table model and has been developed especially for the chemical, textile and dyestuff industry, for finishing works and research institutes. The unit can be used for dyeing, impregnating and finishing of textiles such as fabrics, knitwear, non-wovens, ribbons, felt etc. There is a pneumatic pressure regulating valve to adjust squeezing pressure varies between 0-6 bar, and the maximum linear roller pressure at 6 bar is 300N/cm along the roller width. Besides, the roller speed can be adjusted within 0.5 – 10 m/min.

“VFM” 2-roll vertical padder with variable pneumatic load adjustment has been designed especially for the chemical, textile and dyestuff industry, for finishing works and research institutes. The unit can be used for dyeing, impregnating and finishing of textiles such as fabrics, knitwear, non-wovens, ribbons, felt etc. There is a pneumatic pressure regulating valve to adjust squeezing pressure varies between 0-6 bar, and the linear roller pressure at 6 bar is about 220 N/cm along the roller width. Besides, the roller speed is set at 4 m/min. The general liquor trough can cater up to 1.2 L solution, 1 additional economic trough (up to 200ml) is included to cater for smaller samples.
