Registration Fees

The Conference fees cover the following:

School fee includes: admission to school and conference sessions; school and conference materials; coffee and lunches from Monday 25^th – Friday 29^th. Dinners are included from Monday 25^th – Thursday 28^th .
Conference fee includes: admission to conference sessions only; conference materials; coffee and lunches from Wednesday 27^th – Friday 29^th. Dinners are included on Wednesday 27^th and Thursday 28^th.
Farewell Party & Dinner on Friday 29^th is NOT included in the conference or school fees. Attendance is subject to a HK$800 fee.

A Regular Member pays an annual membership fee determined by the Executive Committee. We have two membership rates, a normal rate and a student rate. Criterion for student rate is being enrolled in a regular program of study related to the subjects of ITEA, with a maximum of 3 years at this rate.

The membership fees for the year 2017-2018 are:

EUR 70 for normal rate
EUR 40 for student rate
