Biography

Dr Dalinda Isabel Sanchez Vidana is a Research Assistant Professor at the Department of Rehabilitation Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, where she integrates her background in biomedical science with her expertise in mindfulness. Dr. Sanchez is a certified Mindfulness Teacher from the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation and a Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT) instructor from the Mindful Eating Training Institute in the USA. Her research focuses on mindfulness-based interventions for psychiatric disorders and their impact on enhancing physical and mental health.
