School Nominations Direct Admission Scheme Application Form

The School Nominations Direct Admission Scheme (SNDAS), proposed by the Task Force on Review of School Curriculum set up by the Education Bureau (EDB), aims at providing university education opportunities for talented students who are assessed as suitable for their preferred programmes based on the achievements other than HKDSE results.

To nominate your students for admission to the PolyU’s designated degree programmes through the Scheme in 2025/26 academic year, please complete the online application form on or before 4 December 2024.

The nominations will be verified by the EDB after application deadline. We will contact you to collect the required supporting documents in December / January.
