  1. Places will be allocated by lot drawing if applications exceed the quota. Successful registrants will be notified by email separately.
  2. Students on the waiting list will be notified of successful enrolment when vacancies are available.
  3. If you would like to deregister from a talk/workshop after the registration period, please send us an email at least 1 working day prior to free up spaces for others.
  4. For those who fail to attend the workshop without prior notice, you will NOT be eligible to enrol in other workshops in that semester.
