Eligible project team or start-up must complete the online application form through the Principal Applicant (PA) with the following documents uploaded on or before the application deadline:
o a 15-slide pitch deck and a 7-min pitching video
o CVs of all team members
o a copy of student ID/ graduation certificate/ staff ID of each PolyU student, alumnus or staff
o Proof of holding the equity for the Principal Applicant
o Declaration of Use of PolyU Knowledge/ Innovations/ Technologies duly signed/ endorsed by PolyU academic staff, with supporting documents(if applicable)
o Company registration documents(if applicable)
