Prof. Christopher CHAO and Dr Oscar CHAN of PolyU’s Policy Research Centre for Innovation and Technology (PReCIT) suggested conducting a quantitative risk assessment and a feasibility study to quantify the risks in formulating legislation that keeps up with green tech developments, in a bid to promoting hydrogen fuel-cell electric vehicles.
