Short description
Dr. Yang is a postdoctoral fellow in the ME department of PolyU. He obtained his PhD in the same institution in 2013, under the supervision of Prof. Cheng. The topic of his PhD work is concerned with the vibro-acoustic behavior of cavity-backed Microperforated Panel absorber. After graduation, he gets involved in a aerospace project sponsored by China Academy of Space Technology, as a sub-project coordinator, aiming at predicting and controlling the interior noise of a spacecraft. In the meantime, he worked on a consultancy project to provide solution to the noise problem in the next generation of router product for Huawei.
