About ReST Hub

Resilient Students Training Hub (ReST Hub) is a research-driven education and service initiative that adopts a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and proactive approach to support university students’ mental wellbeing. Our goal is to empower every student with a shared language to talk about mental health, and equip them with the skills to strengthen their resilience in a safe, fun, and accessible environment. By engaging students for their input and insight across all its activities, ReST Hub aims to convey the message that your mental health matters and you don’t have to go through life’s challenges alone.

Co-created with students, our mascot ‘ReST Potato’ shows that with support and care, even a modest potato can be resilient and thrive!
