Dr Kenneth LO Ka-hei, Member of the Research Institute for Future Food (RiFood) and the Research Institute for Smart Ageing (RISA) and Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Science and Nutrition, was interviewed by Now TV programme “Medicine Online” to expound upon the significance of eating breakfast and the healthy way to have it. Prof. Lo explained the benefits of breakfast, as well as the recommended food, timing and portion size for healthy breakfast.
