Technology Exchange Workshop with Scottish Delegation

ITDO organized an exchange workshop with the Edinburgh Centre for Carbon Innovation (ECCI) of University of Edinburgh (UoE), Scottish Development International (SDI) and Scottish companies and organizations to explore innovative technology collaborations in the areas of smart plastic bag / smart rubbish bin with Octopus, electrical mobility / information exchange on electrical power charger, hydrogen energy fuel cell, light-based ubiquitous high speed data communication and so on.

Prof. Wang Shengwei, Chair Professor of PolyU’s Department of Building Services Engineering, shared the latest research on sustainable development of Research Institute for Sustainable Urban Development.   Associate Professor of Department of Building and Real Estate Dr. Meng Ni, Department of Building Service Engineering Renewable Energy Research Laboratory Dr. Yuanhao Wang, Assistant Director of Innovation and Technology Development Mr. Victor Zhao, Executive Director of Construction Industry Council Mr. Christopher To, Senior Manager (Construction Training) Mr. Chu Yin Lin, Senior Manager (Council Services) Mr. Victor Wong and Manager (Research) Dr. Julian Lee participated the collaborative discussion with the Scottish delegation.
