PolyU Innovation and Technology Development Lecture Series “Codex Alimentarius – Protecting Health, Facilitating Trade” Notice of the change of time/ venue

The upcoming lecture titled " Codex Alimentarius – Protecting Health, Facilitating Trade " will be organized by the Innovation and Technology Development Office (ITDO) and Food Safety Consortium (FSC) of PolyU on 6 November 2018(Tuesday).

Mr. Tom Heilandt (Secretary, FAO/WHO Codex Alimentarius Commission) will share how Codex protects consumer health and facilitate fair food trade through development of harmonized standards, guidelines, and codes of practice, and promote coordination of stakeholders.
