New Funding Scheme Briefing Session: Partnership Research Programme (PRP) The Innovation and Technology Commission has launched the I&T Fund Partnership Research Programme (PRP) on 28 Jan 2019 to support research and development (R&D) projects undertaken by private companies in collaboration with local universities and public research institutions. To achieve synergy and enhance flexibility, the PRP consolidates the University-Industry Collaboration Programme (UICP) and the collaborative stream of the Innovation and Technology Support Programme (ITSP) under a single programme. A briefing session was held by ITDO on 12 Mar 2019 to introduce the background, application methods and requirements of PRP.
The PRP will provide matching funding support for approved projects. Applications for the PRP are open all year round. The maximum project duration is three years. Please visit
