City Innovation & Technology Grand Challenge call for action

The Innovation and Technology Commission (ITC) has launched the inaugural “City Innovation & Technology Grand Challenge” (the Grand Challenge) from now to 16 October 2021. The Grand Challenge invites each and every Hongkonger to build the city’s new normal through technological innovation, and to discover solutions to help the community adapt to new ways of living and prepare for future challenges.

This year, the Grand Challenge has “Innovating for Hong Kong’s New Normal” as the theme. Adapting to the new normal demands’ new innovation. Participants will help transform the future of Hong Kong through tackling big picture issues, discovering creative solutions and moving the city forward into the future.
