The first talk of the Consul General Talk Series, hosted by PReCIT and supported by Global Engagement Office (GEO) and Department of Applied Social Sciences (APSS) of PolyU, will be held on 13 February 2023. The Consul-General of Vietnam in Hong Kong, Mr PHAM Binh Dam, has been invited to be the honourable speaker to share topics related to Innovation and Technology (I&T) development and policy, and study opportunities and prospects in Vietnam at the talk.
