Summary
Delegation of Chengdu government visited PolyU for scientific knowledge exchange on 31 October.
Prof. Christopher CHAO, Vice President (Research and Innovation) of PolyU welcomed the delegation and shared perspectives on technology and research development.
The delegation also toured The Aviation Services Research Centre (ASRC), where is an applied research center that mostly focuses on Aviation related areas in particular the MRO industry. The principal areas of expertise within the ASRC are Automation, Robotics, Multi-axis Machining and Manufacturing, and Non-Destructive Inspection. Throughout the tour, the delegates gained insights of university's research excellence and achievements.
