簡歷
余大為博士畢業於香港理工大學並獲得物理治療專業文憑,隨後,余博士於加州健康科學學院完成胸肺治療技術員及胸肺治療師課程。 余博士亦取得由美國運動醫學學院頒授的臨床運動生理學家資格。及後,余博士在香港理工大學完成了醫療護理學(物理治療學)理學碩士學位及哲學博士學位。
余博士臨床上擁有豐富的經驗,畢業後曾於威爾斯親王醫院,南葵湧分科診所及九龍醫院工作。及後,於2008年,余博士於伊利沙伯醫院晉升為高級物理治療師,負責發展伊利沙伯醫院和九龍中聯網的心胸肺物理治療的服務。余博士亦是伊利沙伯醫院物理治療學碩士學位課程臨床實習協調員。
余博士專長於心胸肺物理治療。於 1997 年, 余博士獲得香港胸肺基金會獎學金,此外,余博士是香港物理治療學院的創會院士(心胸肺物理治療)及名譽秘書。在醫院管理局工作期間,他曾任醫院管理局物理治療統籌委員會胸肺康復計劃工作小組召集人(1994-2000)、心臟服務專科小組召集人(2014-2019)及心胸肺專科小組召集人(2022-2024)。 2019年,余博士生因其出色的表現及對其專業的貢獻,因而獲頒為伊利沙伯醫院及九龍中醫院聯網傑出員工及醫院管理局優秀員工。
