Viola is a master's student in physiotherapy, driven by her passion for rehabilitation and sports health. As a former elite swimmer in Hong Kong, she distinguished herself in the competitive swimming arena, earning multiple awards in inter-school competitions.
Her experience as an athlete has instilled in her a profound understanding of the physical demands of sports and the importance of effective rehabilitation techniques. Viola is particularly interested in aquatic-related rehabilitation, seeking to deepen her knowledge in this area and explore innovative methods to enhance recovery for athletes.
With her background in swimming and dedication to advancing her expertise, Viola aims to broaden her perspective in sports rehabilitation and contribute to the well-being of athletes in her community. She looks forward to utilizing her skills to promote health and recovery in a field that she is truly passionate about.
