ACSM conference 2024

Ms Manny Kwok delivered two poster presentations titled ‘ Effect of moderate intensity aquatic treadmill exercise on cognitive function and cerebral blood flow in elderly.’ And “Aquatic High Intensity Interval Deep water Training on cardiometabolic health and cognitive psychological responses in women” at the ACSM conference 2024 on 28 May-31 May 2024.
