Booking

For booking multi-purpose rooms, music appreciation/practice rooms in communal building, and activity room (Z415) in Block Z, please click HERE.

For booking activity rooms (Z101, Z102) in Block Z, please email to communal.facility@polyu.edu.hk. These rooms are not for booking in student's individual capacity.

For booking exhibition area in communal building, please email to communal.facility@polyu.edu.hk. This is not for booking in student's individual capacity.

For the common area & prayer rooms, advance booking is not required. However, users should not exceed the maximum capacity allowed in the rooms.
