黎浩然博士在香港理工大学学士毕业,随后取得硕士和哲学博士学位。黎博士热爱他的母校,在历年各位教授和导师的教导和支持下,他很荣幸能够成为理大的"自家产品"。黎博士在香港医院管理局工作了超过二十年。从急症到复康、从行政再到社区,他有着丰富的教学、行政、临床服务和研究经验。他积极的进行临床康复研究,并且于国际性会议发表的研究报告和刊登期刊的范围十分丰富,当中包括有职能康复、老年骨科康复、轮椅和坐姿评估、截肢康复、家居安全和预防摔倒、滥用药物的成因、执行功能、认知障碍正患者的康复和照顾者压力处理等等。
近年,黎博士的研究项目主要为两大方向。第一个研究方向是整体的认知障碍症患者的治疗和照顾者的需求研究,其中包括认知障碍症患者的行为和心理症状与网状活化系统的关系、认知障碍症患者决策能力的评估和不同类别的认知障碍症患者在日常生活的执行能力评估等等。他针对认知障碍症和轻度认知障碍(MCI)的神经调节进行研究。并将虚拟现实(VR),增强现实(AR)和人工智能(AI)应用于早期的认知筛查和培训。黎博士亦积极组织认识认知障碍症的公共教育,尤其是有护理的跨代教育。黎博士是其中一个医社同行计划“认知障碍症照顾联盟”的顾问成员。黎博士的第二个研究方向是是亲社会行为和青少年发展的关系。他是香港其中一个关注青少年身心成长发展的非政府组织的顾问,同时也是地区家长教师会的执行委员。他现正在进行一些社区的研究项目正在进行,包括青少年的道德逻辑发展,家长助人行为对子女的身心成长等等。黎博士是其中一个为青少年服务的非政府组织“感创敢为”计划的顾问成员。
在政府资助下,黎博士建立了一个网上的公共教育平台 “携手跨障碍-公众教育平台”(https://www.facebook.com/109787337552376/)。
