During the Google course, I witnessed the successful integration of design, business, and technology, enabling diverse individuals to engage with the world. These initiatives significantly changed people's lives, particularly those in marginalised groups. Being grateful for my generation to enjoy the benefits of economic progress, I decided to become a designer who leverages technology to create meaningful interactions and enable broader participation in digital services.
Before joining the ISD course, I worked as a UI/UX designer in a Japanese pharmacy company. Despite not having a direct design background like many of my peers, this experience has given me a valuable understanding of human nature, making me more observant and empathetic. In the future, I aspire to work for multinational companies where I can utilise new technologies to benefit society.
