To me, design is a state of mind that can bring great value. It has changed my way of seeing the world. Having been studying product and service design at PolyU, I was exposed to multidisciplinary collaboration and engaged in community services. I realised I am interested in understanding human needs and behaviours and integrating and effectively managing resources to create a better ecosystem and world. This realisation also led me to develop a product-service system for people who lost their loved ones, which I witnessed my internal growth throughout the process.
I believe empathy is the heart of design, and attitude is the key to success. I have been exploring myself more and more along the way of design and opening up to more possibilities, transforming knowledge into help for others and our future generations. We should always be grateful for what we have, never stop learning, and have the courage to approach sensitive needs in different ways and see the world differently. Looking forward to hearing from you!
