SHTM VISITORS

19 December – University of Nottingham, UK
Dr Carol Zhang, Associate Professor in Tourism Marketing and Management, Department of Marketing at Nottingham University Business School and 2012 graduate of the MSc in Hotel and Tourism Management programme visited the School.

8 January – Republic Polytechnic, Singapore
Mr Thomas Lazzerine, Programme Chair (Diploma in Tourism Management with Technology), School of Hospitality, Republic Polytechnic in Singapore visited the SHTM.

23 January – Korean International School, Hong Kong
Led by their teachers Ms Jennifer Slusarek and Ms Gina Dong, 38 students from the Korean International School visited the School and participated in the Dining Etiquette Workshop.

12 February - K11 ARTUS, Hong Kong
Mr Ronald Hang, Director of Commercial Strategy, K11 ARTUS and 2012 graduate of the BSc in Hotel Management programme visited the SHTM.

14 February – ChoyChoy Kitchen, Hong Kong
Chef Grace Choy, Chef and Founder of ChoyChoy Kitchen visited the School and its facilities.

10 March – University of Malta, Malta
Dr Mark Anthony Camilleri, Associate Professor, University of Malta visited the School.

11 March – Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Japan
Prof Takayuki Kubo, Associate Dean & Professor, College of Sustainability and Tourism, Ritsumeikan Asia Pacific University, Prof Kazem Vafadari and Ms Natsumi Ohtaki, Assistant Manager of Public Relations visited the SHTM.

17 March – The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Jerusalem
Prof Noam Shoval, Professor, Department of Geography, Faculty of Social Sciences, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, led a group of 37 staff members and undergraduate students visited the SHTM and Hotel ICON.

19 March – Hong Kong Design Centre, Hong Kong
Ms Rainy Chan, Executive Director, Hong Kong Design Centre visited the School and Hotel ICON.

26 March – The International Congress and Convention Organization, Malaysia
Ms Waikin Wong, Senior Regional Director Asia Pacific, The International Congress and Convention Association visited the SHTM.

26 March – HVS, UAE
Ms Hala Matar Choufany, President, Middle East, Africa and South Asia, HVS visited the SHTM and its facilities.

28 March – Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, China
A delegation headed by Prof Amanda Wang, Director of Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, Guangdong University of Finance and Economics, visited the School.
