Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA®) Workshop
The
Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA®) certificate is the most prestigious form of certification available to hotel general managers and hospitality executives. It identifies the recipient as being part of an elite group of hospitality professionals who by combining education and experience with dedication to the industry have achieved a high level of expertise. The certificate is offered by the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute (AHLEI). To be
certified by the AHLEI, participants must meet the knowledge and experience requirements and successfully complete a certification examination.
The
SHTM will host a workshop on 15-17 February 2016 for those who are planning to take the Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA®) certification examination. The workshop will help them to become familiar with the CHA® Certification Study Guide.
The
three-day workshop will cover six key areas: financial management, sales and marketing, leadership management, human resource management, room management, and food and beverage management.
Those who are interested are requested to submit their CHA® examination applications and pay the examination fee directly to the AHLEI. For details of the admission requirements and an application form, please visit:
https://www.ahlei.org/Certifications/CHA/Certified-Hotel-Administrator-(CHA)/.
