13 June - Pandox Hotels, Sweden
Mr Anders Nissen, CEO of Pandox Hotels, and his colleagues visited the SHTM and its facilities.

15 June - Government Secondary Schools, Hong Kong
Twenty Principals and Assistant Principals from government secondary schools in Hong Kong visited the SHTM.

16 June - Kent State University, USA
Dr Swathi Ravichandran, Associate Professor and Program Coordinator, Hospitality Management (B.S.) and Hospitality and Tourism Management (M.S.) of Kent State University visited the School and Hotel ICON.

17 June - Zhuhai College of Jilin University, China
Professor Qiaoyun Sun, Head of the Tourism Management Department at Zhuhai College of Jilin University, led a group of 25 students and 4 staff in a visit to the School.

20 June - NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands
Dr Hein van Oorschot, President of NHTV Breda University of Applied Sciences, and Dr Jan Bergsma, Director of International Management Studies, visited the SHTM.

Dr Leslie Wong, President of San Francisco State University, Mr Robert Nava, Vice President, University Advancement, and Mr Douglas Hupke, Executive Director, Alumni Engagement, visited the SHTM and Hotel ICON.

27 June - Macau University of Science and Technology, Macau
Professor Philip Xie, Dean, Faculty of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the Macau University of Science and Technology, Dr Jose Wong, Program Director (Internship Program), and Dr Yang Zhang, Program Director (Graduate), visited the School and its facilities.

6 July - Okinawa Prefectural Government, Japan
Mr Kazuhiro Toguchi, Deputy Director General of Department of Culture, Tourism and Sports, Okinawa Prefectural Government, Mr Ken Yamashiro, Head of Resort Investment, Tourism Development Division, Mr Makoto Nakamura, Supervisor of Tourism Promotion Division, Mr Kiyotaka Saisho, Director of Hong Kong Representative Office and Ms Josephine Chan, Deputy Director of Hong Kong Representative Office visited the School and its facilities.
