27 October - Edith Cowan University, Australia
Dr Maryam Omari, Dean, School of Business and Law at Edith Cowan University, and 2 colleagues visited the School and Hotel ICON.

31 October - English Speech Specialist, USA
Ms Cathy Wilkinson Soenksen, English Speech Specialist, visited the School. Ms Soenksen conducted an SLTC Seminar entitled "Refining Oral English Language Skills to Maximize Instruction" on 2 November.

31 October - Indadi Group, Indonesia and United Overseas Asset Management Ltd, Hong Kong
Mr Indra Boedijono, Chairman of the Indadi Group, Mr C.Y. So of United Overseas Asset Management Ltd and their colleagues visited the SHTM.

1 November - Yeonsung University, Korea
A group of 73 students from Yeonsung University visited the SHTM.

11 November - Ningxia Wine Bureau, China
A 60-member delegation from the Ningxia Wine Bureau visited the School and its facilities. They attended a seminar entitled "Suggestions on the Development of Ningxia's Wine Industry" delivered by Professor Haiyan Song, and participated in a wine tasting event.

11 November - Safe2Travel Pte Ltd, Singapore
Led by Ms Elizabeth Chuan from Safe2Travel Pte Ltd, a 24-member delegation visited the School.

15 November - Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Spa, China
Mr Timothy Bruce, General Manager of the Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort & Spa, Mr Tony Chen, Director of Finance, and their colleagues visited the SHTM and its facilities.

23 November - Mahasarakham University, Thailand
Ms Paradee Yasothornsrikul from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel Management at Mahasarakham University led a group of 37 students in a visit to the SHTM.

23 November - Christian Alliance S C Chan Memorial College, Hong Kong
A group of 50 students from the Christian Alliance S C Chan Memorial College visited the School.

1 December - The Pennsylvania State University, USA
Professor Peter Newman, Head of Department of Recreation, Park, and Tourism Management, College of Health and Human Development at The Pennsylvania State University, Professor Deborah Kerstetter, Professor-in-Charge of Graduate Studies, Dr Bing Pan, Associate Professor of Commercial Recreation and Tourism, Dr Derrick Taff, Assistant Professor and graduate student Ms Tammy Koerte visited the School and its facilities.

13 December - Bandung Institute of Tourism, Indonesia
Mrs Endang K. Sinaga, Ms Indriyani Handyastuti, Ms Florence Siegers, Mr Mohamad Robbith Subandi, Mr Faisal F. Puksi and Mr R. Fajar K. Kusumah Putra from Bandung Institute of Tourism visited the SHTM and Hotel ICON.

22 December - Consulate General of Sweden in Hong Kong and Macau, Hong Kong
Ms Helena Storm, Consul General of Sweden in Hong Kong and Macau visited the SHTM.
