- Professor Chon presented a keynote speech entitled "Progress and Challenges in Hospitality and Tourism Education in Asia Pacific".
- Professor Song delivered a workshop on "Grant Application and Proposal Writing" and chaired a "Hospitality Education Forum".
- Professor Law gave a presentation on "Academic Writing and Publication" at the preconference workshop. Professor Law and Ms Chan presented a co-authored paper entitled "Beating the Odds in Crisis: A Resource-based Perspective". Professor Law and Mr Zheng presented a co-authored paper entitled "Moral Obligation or Moral Disengagement? A Study of Tourist Pro-environmental Behavior".
- Dr Lee, Dr Tsai and Mr Zheng presented a co-authored paper entitled "The Impact of Directorate Interlock on a Firm's Performance: The Case of Hong Kong Public-listed Hospitality Firms".
