1 August - The Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, Hong Kong
Mr Martin Nam, Development Officer at the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups, and 45 members visited the SHTM.

14 August - Mahidol University, Thailand
A group of nine students from the International College at Mahidol University visited the SHTM.

3 September - hotelleriesuisse Swiss Hotel Association, Switzerland
Dr Ueli Schneider, Head of Education and member of the Management Board, hotelleriesuisse Swiss Hotel Association, visited the School and its facilities.

18 September - Oxford Brookes University, UK
Professor Levent Altinay, Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Research Area Leader, Oxford School of Hospitality Management, Oxford Brookes Business School at Oxford Brookes University, visited the School.

11 October - Education Foundation for Underprivileged Students, Myanmar
Professor Nay Oke Tint, advisor to Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, and Chairman of the Education Foundation for Underprivileged Students, visited the SHTM.

16 October - PolyU Council, Hong Kong
Led by Mr T.C. Chan, Chairman of PolyU Council and Professor Philip Chan, PolyU Deputy President and Provost, PolyU Council members visited the SHTM and its facilities.

16 October - Siam Technological College, Thailand
A group of 40 staff and students from the Hotel and Tourism Department at Siam Technological College visited the School.

18 October - Gaw Capital, China
Led by Mr James Li, General Manager of Gaw Capital, a six-member delegation visited the School.

19 October - Hotelschool The Hague, The Netherlands
Ms Regine von Stieglitz, President of the Board of Directors, Hotelschool The Hague, and Mr Paul Griep, Director of Industry and Alumni Relations, visited the SHTM.
