Chinese New Year Pudding with
Eco-Chic Cloth Packaging by Independent Hong Kong Designer Loom Loop


The ideal gift for family, friends, colleagues and clients, the divine puddings featuring premium ingredients were created by Executive Chinese Chef Paul Tsui of our modern Cantonese restaurant Above & Beyond and will be released in three exclusive flavours - include Brown Sugar Pudding, Turnip Pudding with Yunnan Ham and Preserved Meat, Taro Pudding with Conpoy and Preserved Meat. Available from 4 January until 4 February 2019 and priced at HK$268 per box, each pudding will be beautifully packages in a custom gift wrapping made of eco-chic cloth material created by Hong Kong designers Polly Ho and Andy Wong of Loom Loop. The design features an elegant goldfish design accompanied with a red colour to bring luck, prosperity and longevity to your loved ones.

Chocolate Inspired Afternoon Tea by Cacao Barry

Hotel ICON has collaborated with Cacao Barry, one of the highest quality cacao producers in the world, to bring you a chocolate themed afternoon tea at GREEN; designed by none other than our pastry chef Danny Ho. Featuring our all-time classic traditional and chocolate baked scones with clotted cream, jam, and Nutella as well as a variety of savouries and sweets with a confectionary twist. Chocolate Goose Liver, Lobster Vol au Vent, Smoked Salmon Rose with Caviar, Chocolate Amande Caramélisée, and Sucette Chocolate Pralines, Tarte Citron et Praline are just a few of our tea set delicacies.

Freshly Baked Traditional and Chocolate Scones with Clotted Cream, Jam and Nutella are also on the menu. Tea timers will have access to an unlimited soft serve.
