SHTM is delighted to announce the launch of our online
Master of Science in Hospitality Business Innovation (HBI), commencing the academic year 2022/23.
The HBI is an online programme tailor-made for seasoned executives who want to advance their careers in the digital age. To suit the busy schedules of hospitality executives, the programme will be offered online in a part-time mode. Its participant-centred teaching and learning methods and its flexible delivery pattern will enable
hospitality executives to complete subjects at their own pace while remaining in the workforce. The programme emphasises experiential exercises, seminars, lectures and syndicated group work to accommodate the learning needs of mature and experienced hospitality professionals.
Students of the HBI programme are expected to take one to two subjects each semester, including the summer term. Subjects on offer include Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics in Hospitality Business,
Hospitality Asset Management, Hospitality Business Research Methods, Hospitality Business Strategies, Hospitality Financial Management, Pricing Strategy and Revenue Management in the Hospitality Industry, Hospitality Leadership and Human Capital Development, Innovation and Technology Management in Hospitality, Integrated Hospitality Marketing, and Project Management in Hospitality.
The HBI is a three-year programme that can be fast-tracked in two years.
