Offered by the SHTM, the
Master of Science (MSc) in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Hospitality
is the first-of-its-kind in Hong Kong and the region to focus specifically on hospitality. Designed for industry professionals who value the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset in encouraging innovation, creative changes and growth in times of rapid transformation, this unique programme intends to nurture industry leaders and
entrepreneurs who will be positioned to lead hospitality innovation and entrepreneurship and ensure the sustainable development of the industry worldwide.
As an international programme with a distinctly Asian focus, the MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Hospitality aims to develop students' business knowledge, research and management skills in the hospitality industry through a blend of strategic perspectives and entrepreneurial adventure planning. The students' industry
practice, management skills and research competencies will be cultivated through exposure to interdisciplinary subjects, problem identification, business case analysis and management application.
Under the MSc Scheme in Hospitality and Tourism Management, the MSc in Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Hospitality is offered as one of the SHTM's five flagship Master's degrees to give students flexibility and options. The other Master's degrees under the Scheme are the

MSc in International Hospitality Management,
MSc in International Tourism and Convention Management, and
