2025 Hong Kong PolyU Winter School® to Embrace the Future of Hospitality

In an era of rapid digital transformation, the hospitality industry leverages information technology to manage customer data, bookings, inventory and overall operations. As technology evolves at an unprecedented pace, it is crucial for the hospitality sector to stay ahead of the curve.

The 2025 Hong Kong PolyU Winter School® is your gateway to mastering the latest technological advancements and using them to elevate your business. This comprehensive programme is specifically designed for non-tech managers who aspire to advance their careers by staying current with technological trends and leading the industry.

The Winter School will offer five 1-day (6-hour) modules to be held on 7-11 January 2025. The programme is co-organised by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the Hong Kong Hotels Association. The interactive modules will be presented by SHTM academics.

Participants who successfully complete each 1-day (6-hour) module in the programme will receive a Certificate of Completion for each individual module issued by the School of Hotel and Tourism Management.
