Over 100 participants around the world attended the opening ceremony of the PolyHack 2022 organized by a group of ambitious PolyU students held on 21st May 2022 (Sat). The theme of this global hackathon is Life in 4.0 featuring 3 major domains namely Blockchain, FinTech and Smart City. In the 2-week event, participants will solve 11 problems and shape innovative solutions and strategies that elevates human’s experience.
Prof. Christopher Chao, Vice President (Research and Innovation) of PolyU was delighted and impressed by this student-led I&T activity which provides young talents a platform to implement their creative ideas and also encourages the participants to equip themselves for the challenges in new era. PolyHack is a global virtual hackathon organised by the Google Developer Student Club of Hong Kong Polytechnic University. It brings young talents' imaginations into reality and help they grow.
