Introduction:
Waters Synapt G2-Si High Definition Ion Mobility Mass Spectrometer is a high resolution mass spectrometer coupled with an ion mobility separation for chemical analysis. It is particularly useful for the analysis of isomers, conformers and isobaric compounds. When the MS system is combined with the hydrogen deuterium exchange system, it enables the measurement of protein conformation, protein dynamics and protein ligand interactions.
