ACQUITY UPLC H-class system delivers higher quality of separations of target compound with flexibility to run different mode of chromatography all on the same system. The current system coupled with both Photodiode Array (PDA) and Fluorescence (FLR) detectors allows users to detect the target compound using absorbance with board wavelength as well as using fluorescence.

First-time users must be trained by equipment-in-charge before they can use the instrument independently.
Samples should be prepared in an appropriate way to avoid blockage UPLC system.
