UCEASZ was established in 2023. It houses a collection of state-of-the-art equipment including 500 MHz NMR Spectrometer, High-resolution Mass Spectrometer, and Scanning Electron Microscope.
The equipment in UCEASZ supports a wide range of testing and research applications, such as proteomic studies and the development of functional materials. UCEASZ provides access to this advanced instrumentation for PolyU staff and students, and also offers training and assistance with sample preparation and data analysis.
UCEASZ would serve the needs of various research institutes (RIs) in the Greater Bay Area (GBA), extend its impact to the industries and gain industrial collaboration through its Shenzhen platform.
