The Bruker AutofleX Speed matrix assisted laser desorption/ionization - time-of-flight / time-of-flight mass spectrometer (MALDI-TOF/TOF MS) is a high-resolution MS instrument with tandem mass spectrometry (MS2) function. It is applicable in a wide range of biological and chemical applications, such as tissue imaging, protein identification, peptide analysis and polymer analysis, and is useful for high-throughput microbiological molecular identification.
