【#WeArePolyU】What defines “outstanding”?
“Being outstanding is to give strength to others and myself.” PolyU alumnus Elton Ng is the youngest Hong Konger to climb the eight highest summits on all seven continents. Not only does he apply professional knowledge of physiotherapy to his own training, he also treats patients and help them overcome difficulties. This year, Elton has been named as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Hong Kong. Besides promoting organ donations and activities for patient organisations, he will use his mountaineering experience to encourage young people to pursue their dreams while also giving back to society.
