“Across the world, apparently! Not only did my research involve issues of worldwide significance, but it also took me to places where quality education and innovative research can be achieved.” No stranger to academic mobility, Dr Saffar had taught in institutions in Canada, the U.S. and Lebanon before relocating to Hong Kong. Motivated by the role of politics in international business, Dr Saffar has been examining the impact of political connections on different firms.
