【#WeArePolyU】How did a community service trip to Africa change your life?
“Serving the community in Uganda taught us that even though we are merely university students now, we can also make a positive impact on the lives of others.” Seven PolyU students, teaming up with students from different countries, initiated the “@Project Uganda”, in which the team provided educational workshops to schoolchildren and introduced PolyU’s leadership education to local university students. After returning to their respective countries, the participating team members have actively shared their service experiences in events at home and abroad, promoting the importance of university social responsibility.
