o Any full-time student may register at the reduced rate.
o To qualify for the student rate, you must send a scanned image of your current student I.D. card to the ICSU Conference Secretariat by email at clicsu@inet.polyu.edu.hk after registration. This special rate is not transferable.

Subject to actual payment capture, the payment acknowledgement email is regarded as official receipt. No separate printed copy of official receipt would be sent to the payer.  You are advised to keep the payment acknowledgement email for record.

Important Notes

  1. The organizer reserves the right to release any seat(s) if payment is not settled in full within TWO days of the registration being received.
  2. Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first-come-first-served basis.
  3. Each registrant (except for an accompanying person) should complete a separate registration form.
  4. The Conference Secretariat will confirm the registration upon receipt of the registration fee.
  5. The organizer reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary without any liability to you whatsoever. Any alternations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
  6. The programme is subject to change without prior notice.
  7. We regret that no refund will be made.
  8. Participants and/or their accompanying persons are advised to take out their own insurance policies. The organizer is not responsible for or liable for any claims whatsoever caused.
